James Zinkand
Founder and Most Misguided. Having spent most of his life in a bar or on a bicycle, James has made his way across four continents setting up bars, mixing drinks, and slinging brand propaganda. The idea of creating a spirits company focused on the Service Industry has been haunting him for the better part of a decade. After many late night planning sessions involving scribbled plans on cocktail napkins Misguided Spirits became one of the best bad decisions of a life time.

Michael Anzalone
A man who struggles through an addiction to Golf and a bad habit of selling booze to dive bars. A true King of Queens who has spent most of his adult life selling beer finally signed up for the hard stuff. An all around good guy, who is happy to help and do everything he can to make your business better.
Sean Graves
A recovering Bar Tender and passionate Whiskey aficionado, Sean has put his passion of mixing drinks and hanging out in bars together to unleash Misguided Spirits on Long Island. Armed with a smile, and an endless energy he is the perfect guy to bump in to at a bar. He will know just what you should order, and quite likely pick up the tab.

Will Turbert
From the mean streets of Bay Ridge comes the smoothest talker north of Verrazano. He’s charming yet humble, with a love for his family and community. A baseball savant who is just as comfortable slinging cases of misguided as he is swinging for the fences. With his deep history calling on accounts across the 5 boroughs he is a familiar face to most, and friend to many. Be sure to say hello when you cross paths with him at your favorite local.
Geena Zinkand
From the most misguided state of all, Geena hails from Florida. A service industry veteran of different sorts, she adds her background in music festivals and live events to help bring Misguided Spirits to life in marketing and activations. If you see her armed with her camera, smile! the content queen just might put you on our page.

Chad Wodskow
A recovering marketer that who has spent the better part of his life slinging booze around the world. Misguided Spirits has been a dream a long time in the making. A Spirits Company focused on the people; the people that make them, the people that sell them, the people that pour them and most importantly the people that drink them. A lifetime of traveling the world led him to believe that the people who make our bars and restaurants special, are also the people that make our communities the way we want them to be.
Sara Champagne
A multi-generational bartender, Sara started at an early age working at her Great-grandparent’s “house” which turned out to be a tavern. After growing up with her bartender dad’s love of wine, both grandpas’ love of spirits & watching her mom teach enchanting bartending classes, the family’s entrepreneurial gumption lead Sara to work every job in hospitality, including training as a sushi chef! After finally leaving a stint in the TV production world, Sara’s weird Misguided journey has lead her (almost) straight to us.
These days you can find Sara befriending liquor store owners, handing out shots & just talking sense into her Misguided Team!
